The Business Office plans, directs, and coordinates activities in 3rd party collection management and patient registration. Within the Business Office, we collect for patient services rendered by our facility. We collect from private insurance, state Medicaid programs, Medicare, and non-beneficiaries (non-Native Americans).With growing medical costs across the nation and yearly Indian Health Service budget cuts, our facility is reliant upon 3rd party collection. With 3rd party collection, we are able to provide quality patient care and purchase advanced and specialized medical equipment.
