Tuba City HEALTH FOUNDATION

As the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation strives for excellence in delivering quality health care to families from across the vast western portion of the Navajo Nation, the Hopi Village of Moenkopi and the San Juan Southern Paiute, we are grateful to those who choose to contribute to this important mission with their generous gifts and contributions.  The Tuba City Health Foundation was established so that charitable contributions derived from donors could be used to supplement and enhance patient program needs, infrastructure and capital development projects, medical equipment purchases, community health center expansion projects and other much needed initiatives.

Tax deductible donations can be made to the Tuba City Health Foundation.  As a donor, you can designate your gift toward a specific program or initiative, or you can allow your gift to be used where it is needed most.  Your generous support contributes to the excellent care provided by the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation to all the service area communities.
