Welcome to Sacred Peaks Health Center
Sacred Peaks is a community-based clinic aimed at providing Native American beneficiaries living in Flagstaff with non-emergent primary health care. In addition to routine and non-emergent primary care, the facility will provide Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Gynecology. Other services include laboratory, pharmacy, radiology and physical therapy. These services are provided by Credentialed Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians and support staff.
