Approximately
145 Short Stay Surgery cases and 160 preoperative patients
are seen on a monthly basis. Short Stay Surgery patients
come as far away as Winslow, Lukachukai, and Navajo Mountain.
A newer/larger department is in the planning stages to meet
the needs of a rapidly growing patient population, and expanding
surgical services.
