Community Counseling Center

Life Skills education will utilize evidence-based and or practiced based approach to build resiliency, coping skills, increase self-sufficiency, and healthy change in behaviors and attitude. Participants will learn coping strategies to deal with their emotional concerns, and gain self-awareness, and identify their own personal strengths. We will work with participants in the development of skills and attitude that will promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and the health of others. Participants will be empowered to engage in positive actions and be proactive towards positive social relationships.

How to Make an Appointment

If you would like to come to the to campus for your appointment, we are offering Telemedicine services here at the Community Counseling Center. Located behind the helicopter pad on the east side of campus.

You will need to come through the outside triage before coming to your appointment. Please allow extra time for this process.

Due to the Covid19 pandemic, TCRHCC CCC Life Skills services will temporarily be offered via Telemedicine. You can access these services from your home through your computer or mobile device if it can support Skype or Facetime communication.

Follow these simple steps:

If you are using a mobile device:

  • Download the ZOOM meeting app from your mobile application store.
  • Call us to update email address and contact information.
  • For your appointment, you will call your provider to confirm you are ready to start the session. You will receive an email with a secure meeting ID#.
  • In the Zoom app, click “Join Meeting” and enter secure meeting ID. This will connect you to your provider.

If you are using a computer, it must have a microphone, camera and internet connection:

  • Call us to update email address and con-tact information.
  • Go to the ZOOM website https://zoom.us/ and click “Join meeting”. This will prompt you to download the appliction on your computer.
  • For your appointment, you will call your provider to confirm you are ready to start the session. You will receive an email with a secure meeting ID#.
