5th Update on Downtime Processing: Return to Normal Operations After Unplanned Information Technology Outage Resolved

As of Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 9:00 AM, the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC), LeChee Health Center, Sacred Peaks Health Center and satellite locations have successfully resolved the downtime processing issue, and we are back to normal operations.

Status Update:
Our IT Department have restored full functionality to our data processing systems. All services, including appointment scheduling, access to medical records, and communication channels, are now fully operational.

Services Resumed:

  1. Communication: TCRHCC Switchboard number is (866) 976-5941.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: All outpatient clinics are back at normal operations.
  3. Access to Medical Records: Your medical records are readily available.
  4. Prescriptions/Medication: The pharmacy is back at normal operations and all services are available.

There has been no change in our IT system’s status since our last communication. The downtime issue has not yet been fully resolved. Our IT team continues to make progress and efforts are ongoing.

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC), LeChee Health Center, Sacred Peaks Health Center and satellite locations are currently experiencing a critical Information Technology (IT) issue. Due to unforeseen circumstances, on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 @ 9:00pm we lost power to our IT infrastructure resulting in a downtime of our data processing systems.

Please be assured that our dedicated team is working tirelessly to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. However, during this downtime period, we anticipate delays in various aspects of our services.

Impact on services:
During this downtime period, there may be disruptions in several areas:

  1. Communication: TCRHCC Switchboard number is (866) 976-5941. Currently, we are unable to  verify appointments and transfer calls to reach requested Departments.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Our ability to schedule and manage appointments may be limited.
