The Cancer Support Community (CSC) at Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation offers support programs to address the social and emotional needs of all cancer survivors, as well as the needs of their family members, friends and caregivers.

Our programs and services are:

Vision

Overview

Whether you’re a patient, family member, friend, loved one, or caregiver, CSC offers a variety of professionally led programs designed to assist you. CSC has over 200 locations in 50 markets worldwide. We provide something for every age group and life situation and families affected by cancer. Best of all, our programs are offered at no cost to anyone impacted by a cancer diagnosis.

For many people, receiving a cancer diagnosis and going through treatment can be a time of fear and anguish. But it doesn’t have to be. Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation, one of only thirteen hospitals nationwide to partner with Cancer Support Community, now offers educational workshops and support services to anyone impacted by cancer. This nationally recognized nonprofit organization, formerly known as Gilda’s Club, is helping to enhance the amount and type of programs being offered at Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation.

Through this affiliation, all programs are free and open to patients, survivors, caregivers, friends and family members.

MyCancerSupport Mobile App

Cancer Support Community at Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is excited to announce the launch of MyCancerSupport, a no-cost mobile application designed for anyone impacted by cancer, including patients, family members, and caregivers. The app is available for free download from Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

MyCancerSupport is intended to be an easy and simple way for users to access a diversity of resources and support services. It combines the exceptional support and navigation services offered by nationwide network partners – Cancer Support Community and Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation.

Cancer Support Community

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation Cancer Support Community (CSC) believe no one should face cancer alone.

CSC is a national organization which partnered with Tuba City Regional Heath Care Corporation in 2019. This is a community-based program that offers free cancer support programs to anyone impacted by cancer, even those who don’t receive care at Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation. These programs are open to patients in cancer treatment, post-treatment, caregivers, family members, and survivors. Participating in these programs promote social connections, decreases feelings of isolation, and positively impacts emotional well-being.
