We will be following the TCRHCC COVID-19 screening questionnaire process at the time you arrive at the Mobile Medical Unit. Patients with COVID-19 like symptoms, a COVID-19 test will be completed. If patient’s test is negative, the Patient Access Specialist will proceed to registering the patient to be seen on the Mobile Medical Unit. If patient’s test is positive, patient’s contact information will be obtain and provided to Public Health Department for COVID Contact Tracer and Provider to assess and establish a treatment plan.
All visits are walk-in basis first come first service. Please contact us during normal business and after hours at 928-283-2607 for questions on scheduled clinic location, clinic hours, and services.
