TCRHCC Dermatology Program

Tim DeCapite, MD is a board certified dermatologist providing comprehensive dermatologic care in Tuba City. Please use this page to answer questions you may have.

Dermatologic Conditions are anything involving the skin, hair, and nails. Some examples are:

  • Acne
  • Eczema
  • Psoriasis
  • Warts
  • Moles
  • Skin Cancer

Referrals

Many patients are referred by their primary care doctor, but you may also call on your own to schedule an appointment.

Tuba City Location

Most clinics take place in the Family Medicine Clinic. Please call (928) 283-2458 to schedule. Dr. DeCapite also goes to the Pediatric clinic, that number is (928) 283- 283-2679.

TCRHCC does observe Daylight Savings Time, which is important to consider for your appointments.

Flagstaff Location

He also has clinics at the Sacred Peaks Health Center in Flagstaff, AZ 2-3 times per month.  That number is (928) 863-7333. Hours of Operation are 8 am – 5pm.
