Food Service Training

To get a food service card you need to:

• Attend a food service training
• Must be 12 years or older
• Be on time
• Must pass a written test
• Bring a pencil or pen

There are 30 seats per session and first come first serve. For more info, call the Environmental Health Services Program at 928-283-2844.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING SMALL CHILDREN TO THE TRAINING.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN THE FACILITIES.

Food Selling Permit

For more information on obtaining an “Itinerant Food Permit,” call the Navajo Office of Environmental Health & Protection Program at 928-871-6349 or 928-871-6346. The permit is $5.00 for 6-months.
