Tuba City, Ariz. – Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) was affected by the nationwide IT outage related to the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems issue. Due to this outage, various patient care services were impacted.
Status Update:
Our IT Department have restored full functionality to our data processing systems. All services, including appointment scheduling, access to medical records, and communication channels, are now fully operational.
Services Resumed:
- Patient Care: All clinics are back at normal operations.
- Communication: TCRHCC Switchboard number is (866) 976-5941.
- Appointment Scheduling: All outpatient clinics are back at normal operations.
- If you were notified that your appointment was cancelled, someone from TCRHCC will be contacting you to reschedule.
- Access to Medical Records: Your medical records are readily available.
- Prescriptions/Medication: The pharmacy is back at normal operations and all services are available.
