Laboratory Services

We are a full-service laboratory offering quality, comprehensive clinical laboratory testing to the medical community in Tuba City, Arizona and surrounding areas. Our goal is to maintain excellence in laboratory information and services and to provide you with the best professional assistance in our field. The laboratory provides clinical testing services 24 hours per day, seven (7) days a week for the outpatient, inpatient services and the satellite clinics: LeChee Health Center and Sacred Peaks Health Center.

The Laboratory consists of seven (7) departments, each providing a full range of laboratory testing and services which includes: Transfusion Services, Hematology/Coagulation, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Phlebotomy, Microbiology and Send-Outs. Through automation and data processing advancements, we are able to provide the most sophisticated, quality-oriented services in the area. The laboratory employs more than 30 highly trained professionals: Medical Laboratory Scientists, Technicians, Laboratory Assistants, Phlebotomists and support staff.

There are no scheduled appointments, patients lab tests are ordered by the attending physician during their clinic visit or on a future basis (lab draw only). Patients who are visiting for a lab draw only (with no clinic appointment) must register at Patient Registration before their blood draw. The registration clerk will give the patient a slip to indicate that the patient is registered.
