LeChee Health Facility Medical Services are offered by providers who travel out from the main health facility at Tuba City on a scheduled basis – sometimes weekly.

How To Obtain Services

A patient must have a medical record from Tuba City Regional Health Care (TCRHCC), Sacred Peaks Health Center, or LeChee Health Facility to receive services. Indian Health Service beneficiaries who need to create a medical record with TCRHCC must bring their Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) and insurance information.
