Participants will learn coping strategies to deal with their emotional concerns, and gain self-awareness, and identify their own personal strengths. We will work with participants in the development of skills and attitude that will promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and the health of others. Participants will be empowered to engage in positive actions and be proactive towards positive social relationships.
If you would like to come to the to campus for your appointment, we are offering Telemedicine services here at the Community Counseling Center. Located behind the helicopter pad on the east side of campus.
You will need to come through the outside triage before coming to your appointment. Please allow extra time for this process.
Due to the Covid19 pandemic, TCRHCC CCC Life Skills services will temporarily be offered via Telemedicine. You can access these services from your home through your computer or mobile device if it can support Skype or Facetime communication.
