Sacred Peaks Health Center in Flagstaff, AZ, is currently experiencing a network outage with Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA). Due to unforeseen circumstances, on Friday, January 24, 2025 @ 8:00 am our network connection lost connection resulting in a downtime of our data processing systems and operating at a limited capacity.
Please be assured that our dedicated team is working tirelessly to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. However, during this downtime period, we anticipate delays in various aspects of our services.
Impact on services:
During this downtime period, there may be disruptions in several areas:
- Communication: Sacred Peaks Health Center number (928) 863-7333 is currently unavailable. Please call our main TCRHCC Call Center at (866) 976-5941 with any questions or to reschedule.
- Outpatient Clinics: Clinics are open and have limited access to patient records. Scheduled patients will be seen, but we are currently unable to add any same day visits.
- Appointment Scheduling: Our ability to schedule and manage appointments may be limited.
- Access to Medical Records: Access to patient medical records is currently limited.
- Prescriptions/Medication: Electronic prescribing is currently unavailable. Refilling prescriptions is unavailable. The pharmacy can only fill emergency medications at this time. Pharmacy refill line is unavailable. If you need to speak with a pharmacist please call our Tuba City Pharmacy at (866) 976-5941.
What we are doing:
- Emergency Response: Our IT Department are working diligently to provide data access to our systems for Sacred Peaks Health Center.
- Contingency Plans: Backup manual procedures are in place to ensure continued care for patients with critical medical needs.
- Patient Support: Our staff is available to assist and address your concerns during this challenging time.
