Due to unforeseen circumstances, on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 4:30 a.m., our network provider experienced connection issues, resulting in downtime of our data processing systems and operations at limited capacity. During this downtime period, we anticipate delays in various aspects of our services.

- Communication: TCRHCC Call Center is available at (866) 976-5941.
- Outpatient Clinics: Clinics are open and have limited access to patient records. Scheduled patients will be seen, but there may be some delays.
- Appointment Scheduling: Our ability to schedule and manage appointments may be limited.
- Access to Medical Records: Access to patient medical records is currently limited.
