The Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) is accredited by The Joint Commission. As part of maintaining accreditation, TCRHCC must comply with nationally established standards governing the quality and safety of patient care.
If a patient, family member/guardian or staff has a concern about patient care ort he safety of patients at TCRHCC, they are encouraged to contact the hospital’s Administration Office to discuss and resolve the issue. Though we would like employees to report concerns through their chain-of-command, TCRHCC will take no disciplinary action because an employee reports a patient safety or quality of care concern to The Joint Commission.
