The Specialty Care Center was created to improve access to healthcare by addressing the need for local Oncology specialty services. The focus of the center is to treat hematology and first-time diagnosed oncology patients. Further down the road, the Specialty Care Center will offer services to previously-treated oncology patients whose treatment has already been completed at the time of referral.

It is important for patients who are currently receiving oncology care, must complete their care with the same provider(s) and healthcare facility before getting referred to the TCRHCC Specialty Care Center.
