The Squash Blossom Award Honoree is a recognition program unique to Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation. It recognizes CNA for demonstrating excellence in patient and family-centered care through their clinical expertise and are recognized as outstanding role models in our nursing community. Twice a year, TCRHCC Nurse Managers will honor the Squash Blossom Award to one outstanding CNA.

It takes a special person to be a Certified Nursing Assistant, and they are an important and vital part of the entire healthcare team. The Squash Blossom award was created by the TCRHCC Nursing Mangers to recognize one special CNA.
The SQUASH blossom award is a program that rewards and celebrates the amazing clinical skill and compassionate care given by the Certified Nursing Assistants every day. TCRHCC is proud to recognize one of our Certified Nursing Assistants with this special honor. Each Squash Blossom Honoree will be recognized at a public ceremony on campus and will receive a certificate.
Patient, visitors, nurses, providers, employees may nominate an outstanding nurse by filling out this form and submitting it to the nursing unit or nomination box. An online form is available.
