The Fracture clinic is limited to patients with radiographic confirmed fractures. Phone call is necessary to the Orthopedic Surgeon On-Call (928) 283-2501 for review and scheduling with Call Center Representatives or SOUP Clinic Staff.
Please have the patient hand-carry the referral or discharge summary with a CD or Xray film(s).

Podiatry appointments are made by referral from any primary care physician or an emergency room/urgent care provider.
