Unplanned Data Center Outage Notification

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC), LeChee Health Center, Sacred Peaks Health Center and satellite locations are currently experiencing a critical Information Technology (IT) issue. Due to unforeseen circumstances, on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 @ 9:40 am our IT Data Center lost power resulting in a downtime of our data processing systems.

Please be assured that our dedicated team is working tirelessly to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. However, during this downtime period, we anticipate delays in various aspects of our services.

Impact on services:
During this downtime period, there may be disruptions in several areas:

  1. Communication: TCRHCC Switchboard number (866) 976-5941 is currently available.
  2. Outpatient Clinics: Clinics are open and have limited access to patient records. Appointments may be rescheduled.
  3. Appointment Scheduling: Our ability to schedule and manage appointments may be limited.
  4. Access to Medical Records: Access to patient medical records is currently limited.
  5. Prescriptions/Medication: Electronic prescribing is currently unavailable. Refilling prescriptions is unavailable. The pharmacy can only fill emergency medications at this time.

What we are doing:

  1. Emergency Response: Our Facilities and IT are working diligently to restore power and data access to our systems.
  2. Contingency Plans: Backup manual procedures are in place to ensure continued care for patients with critical medical needs.
  3. Patient Support: Our staff is available to assist and address your concerns during this challenging time.

2nd Update – Unplanned Data Center Outage Notification

As of Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 5:10 PM, the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation

(TCRHCC), LeChee Health Center, Sacred Peaks Health Center and satellite locations have successfully resolved the power outage of the data center, and we are back to normal operations.

 

Status Update:

Our Facilities and IT Department have restored full functionality to our data center. All services, including appointment scheduling, access to medical records, and communication channels, are now fully operational.

 

Services Resumed:

  1. Communication: TCRHCC Call Center number is available at 1-866-976-5941.
  2. Outpatient Clinics: Clinics are back to normal operations.
  3. Appointment Scheduling: We are available to access and schedule appointments.
  4. Access to Medical Records: Your medical records are readily available.
  5. Prescriptions/Medication: The pharmacy is back at normal operations and all services are available.
