April is “National Sexual Assault Awareness Month” and Maximum Martial Arts is providing their community with their annual FREE Women’s Self Defense Seminar. This confidence building event is designed to provide women with the Awareness, Avoidance and Action skills to effectively deal with a potentially violent encounter. Using Krav Maga system of self-defense to teach women tactics that are easy to learn , easy to apply and most importantly, easy to recall under stress. They are confident that ladies will leave this fantastic seminar feeling safer and more empowered. And you get to hit a padded guy!
