Important Update About Upcoming Electronic Health Record (EHR) System Transition
Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) and its satellite clinics, LeChee Health Center and Sacred Peaks Health Center, will install a major Electronic Health Record (EHR) system upgrade on May 29, 2026. The upgraded system will help improve coordination of care, improve patient safety, access to medical information, and strengthen communication across our hospital and clinics.
To help ensure safe, quality care for every patient, our clinics will temporarily reduce appointment availability during the first two weeks following go-live.
During this time:
- Urgent and emergency care services will continue as normal
- Patients with immediate healthcare needs will continue to be prioritized
- Some routine appointments may be scheduled farther out than usual
- We encourage patients to schedule medication refills and routine follow-up visits early when possible
We understand that access to care is important to our communities, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. Staff have received training on the new software system; however, patients may experience minor delays as employees adjust to new workflows. These temporary changes are intended to support a safer, more efficient experience for both patients and staff.
Thank you for your patience during the new EHR system upgrade.
