FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — Sacred Peaks Health Center (SPHC) is providing an update to patients and the community regarding the temporary closure of its facility.
Due to an unforeseen situation, Sacred Peaks Health Center temporarily closed its facility. Efforts are underway to address the situation and prepare the facility for a safe reopening.
Although the SPHC facility is temporarily closed, patient care continues through alternative locations and services. Patients may receive care at any of our locations, including:
- Tuba City Regional Health Care in Tuba City, AZ
- Cameron Clinic in Cameron, AZ, located next to the Cameron Chapter House
- Telehealth services for eligible scheduled appointments
Patients who need to schedule an appointment at one of these locations can call the TCRHCC Call Center at 1-866-976-5941. Patients with existing appointments will be contacted if they are eligible for a telehealth appointment or need to be rescheduled at one of our alternate clinic locations.
For Pharmacy Service, prescriptions can be picked on scheduled pharmacy service days at Sacred Peaks Health Center using our Mobile Health Units. Prescription refills may take up to 48 hours to process. Patients needing their medications sooner may take advantage of same-day prescription pickup at TCRHCC Pharmacy. TCRHCC also offers mail order where medications can be delivered to your home, please speak to one of our pharmacists on how to enroll.
TCRHCC and SPHC continue working to resolve the situation and safely resume normal operations as soon as possible. Updates will be shared with patients and the public as additional information becomes available.
