Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) is awaiting the results of water samples sent to testing sites and has extended the suspension of water use in the Main Hospital building for both staff and the public until further notice.

TCRHCC is working closely with the Navajo Nation, public health authorities, and environmental experts. A thorough investigation is underway to determine the root cause of the incident, and preventive measures have already been implemented to ensure it does not occur again.

TCRHCC emphasized that the safety and health of its patients, employees, and the surrounding community are its top priority, along with ensuring continued patient access to quality healthcare services.

Here is the updated list of services and clinics in the Main Hospital for Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Some have been relocated, while others remain in their original locations.

Services and Clinics CLOSED in the Main Hospital Building:

• Inpatient Services (ACU, ICU, PEDS-ICU)
• Cafeteria (Closed to public)
• Operating Room/Surgeries (Trauma Only)
• Cardiopulmonary Clinic (Closed)
• Respiratory Clinic (Closed)

Service Open in the Main Hospital Building:

• Emergency Department remains open 24/7
• Eye Clinic is limiting services to eye glass pick-up; Visual Field Exams;  and Emergent Services.
• Audiology Clinic is limited to Hearing Aids pick-up and drop-off only.

Clinics Temporary RELOCATED to the following locations:

• Surgical, Orthopedics, Urology, Podiatry (SOUP Clinic)
  • Relocated in the Outpatient Primary Care Center (OPCC)
    • Orthopedics – 2nd Floor
    • Podiatry  – 3rd Floor
    • General Surgery – 1st Floor

• Public Health Clinic
  • Relocated in the Mobile Unit, parked in Lot #1 – East of the Administration Building lot.

• Allergy Clinic
  • Relocated to Mental Health Clinic.

• Ears, Nose, and Throat Clinic (ENT)
  • Relocated in the Outpatient Primary Care Center (OPCC).

• Dental Clinic
  • Mobile Dental: TCRHCC Campus in the General Services parking lot from 7:30AM to 4:30PM.
  • Cameron Dental: Open for pediatric patients only; located next to the Cameron Chapter House and Senior Center on Wednesday from 7:30AM to 5:00PM DST.
  • Sacred Peaks Health Center Dental: Open for adult patients only. Dental is open on Wednesday and Thursday from 7:45AM to 5:00 PM MST. Address: 6300 US-89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004.

Important Information for Patients and Visitors:

• The Emergency Department remains open 24/7.
• All outpatient services in the Outpatient Primary Care Center are open for services. Services include Same Day Clinic, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Women’s Clinic, Pediatric Clinic, and Outpatient Pharmacy and Drive-Thru services.
• All bathrooms and drinking fountains in the Main Hospital Building are currently closed. However, alternative restrooms and drinking water are available in the three-story Outpatient Primary Care Center (OPCC).
• Patients with scheduled appointments in the affected clinics will be contacted directly by clinic staff to reschedule appointments.
• The water contamination is an isolated incident only affecting the TCRHCC Main Hospital building.
• There is no estimate time when the Main Hospital building will re-open for Clinics
